The firm was founded by Michael C. Williams as Williams Law, P.C. and was taken over by Patrick Vasilco after Mr. Williams retired from the practice of law in 2007.
Mr. Vasilco was born and raised in Michigan attended the University of Michigan and UDM school of law. He began his practice of law in Chicago in 1990 and engaged in a diverse practice, including business law, school/ fire protection district law, personal injury, domestic relations and sports agency.
After moving to Denver in 1998, Mr. Vasilco focused his practice on small business law, serving small business owners with business formation/operations, business acquisitions/sales, and a particular emphasis on franchisee representation. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and other outdoor activities with his daughter and son.
The firm continues to engage attorneys on both a W-2 and 1099 basis, particularly in the area of business litigation or whenever a specialized need for an expert arises in a particular area of law.
